Psychotherapy in English
Individual psychotherapy is the basic and most common method of treating patients with personality disorders and dependencies. It involves an individual patient with a psychotherapist, in the case of psychodynamic psychotherapy, usually long-term, lasting up to several years, with a frequency of one to two sessions a week, which are discussed in detail, taking place and working through repetitive, problematic patterns of experiencing oneself and other people. The insights gained by controllers allow for more adaptive ways of producing results and obtaining them with personal difficulty.
